2 P9 per call rate applies to all calls at 2 minutes or shorter.
Another note and caveat: The fine text on the poster was “per DTI NCR series of 2005″

Oh, it was updated to a better promo now, 10 pesos for 10 minutes. Same procedure, only that it would still charge 10 pesos if u use only for less than 10 minutes.

do i have to register to apply for this promo or it’s automatic that if i use pldt landline to smart, the charges will be P10 for 10 mins…?

the promo expired Feb 14, 2006. That’s what I gathered from Smart wireless center in cyberzone, Megamall.
