- The number of cellphone users increased by a monthly average of 5.5 million during the first seven months of 2006.
- The average cellphone user spends about 6 yuan per month on music including for different types of ring tones.
- Ring tones took off in 2005, with revenue from them more than quadrupling from 2004.

i am not sure… but I have the feeling that “ang gobyerno nila” is not so so much open to really allow the communication free… they are still kinda controlling … though they seem to deny it … you know what I mean?
