Airborne Access Waypoint Internet Kiosks

by ka edong on November 24, 2006

Internet BoyOh, so that’s how it’s supposed to work.

I’ve always passed by Internet kiosks like this in Shangri-La Mall, EDSA. But they’re always either not working or asking for a password.

This kiosk in Filling-station, John Hay provides Internet access to any user, without any login required. It gets the connection via Wi-Fi. This kid is playing an online game — he could have used a stool, lest his heels ache from tiptoeing.

Back in 1980, the only “gadgets” I got to play with in John Hay were the soft-drink vendo machines and the water fountain (I needed my brother to carry me so I could drink from the 4-foot tall water fountain).  :D
