I use Skypeout when I am overseas to call the US mainland and likewise when in Manila use it at times to call my folks to tell them to go online. Then they get to see their grandson (my son) c/o Yahoo messenger while we do voice chat PC to PC via skype (free!). One time my folk's PC was down and I was able to troubleshoot it by calling their landline using skypeout. A 48 minute call which cost much much less than the $0.10/minute that one telco's dsl service offers. Why use the $.10 per minute rate of P*** dsl when skype is $0.02/minute? cheers I’ve had a skypeout account for about a year now.
